A week of fitness, fun and even a 5km run was held in Rosemont over the course of Healthy Living Week this year. This year healthy living week took place on March 7th. The aim of this years healthy living week was to make it bigger and better than ever before in order to try and achieve the active school flag. With this in mind the transition year students played a huge role in organising an inter school badminton tournament which is still running on a Thursday lunch time. Rocio Ucles in 2nd year came out on top and was named as the fittest student in Rosemont while Megan Dunne and Ruth Farrell were first to cross the finish line during the 5km run. Well done to all involved in our healthy living week and a big thank you to Lorraine from I heart Zumba who carried out a great Zumba class with all year groups. The students in Rosemont are looking forward to next years Healthy living week already.
